  • Support and customer service: performance of a contract + legitimate interest.

4. Retention Period

  • Account data: until deletion request or 24 months of inactivity.
  • Newsletter subscribers: until unsubscribe request.

5. Recipients and Transfers

Your data may be shared with the following processors, all subject to GDPR-compliant contracts:

  • Payment processing: Lemon Squeezy Inc. (USA, transfer under standard contractual clauses).
  • Hosting: IONOS SE (Germany).
  • Transactional email: Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France — order confirmations, password reset and support).
  • Licences: Lemon Squeezy Inc. (USA — licence key management and delivery).

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict the processing of, and port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to hola@zeyvro.com with a copy of your ID or equivalent document. If you believe the processing does not comply with applicable law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
