The problem
Building an n8n automation starts with the most fragile part: getting data out of the store and into n8n reliably and securely. In PrestaShop the native webhook configuration is limited, and authentication is on you. The usual result: hours fighting signatures, incomplete payloads and events that never arrive.
The solution
n8n Connector registers your store’s key events and sends them to n8n (or any endpoint) with a signed webhook and a normalised payload, ready to use in your workflow. You focus on the automation logic; the module makes sure the data leaves correctly.
What’s included
- 8 outbound events: new order, order status change, new customer, updated customer, new product, updated product, stock change and cart.
- Signed webhooks (HMAC) with a signature header + optional static token, so n8n can verify the event comes from your store.
- Per-event toggles: turn on only what you need, no noise.
- Retries with backoff if the endpoint doesn’t respond, without blocking checkout.
- Send log and manual resend from the BO for debugging.
- “Test webhook” button showing the real HTTP code returned by n8n.
- Inbound webhook with a secret to run actions in the store from n8n.
- Auto-update on ZIP upload and a preservative uninstall (it doesn’t delete your data).

When you don’t need it
If your volume is very low (under 50 orders a month) or you’ll only build one or two very simple workflows, a manual export is probably enough. And if you already have infrastructure that exposes orders in the format you need, this module adds nothing. We’d rather tell you before you buy.

Does it work with WooCommerce?
Today the module on sale is for PrestaShop 8 (8.0+, PHP 8.1+). A WooCommerce version is on the way; if you need it, email us and we’ll let you know when it ships.
Do I need n8n hosted on my own server?
The module sends to any endpoint, so it works with both self-hosted n8n and n8n cloud. The automation logic lives in your n8n.
Which events can it send?
New order, order status change, new customer, updated customer, new product, updated product, stock change and cart. Each is toggled separately.
Is it secure?
Every send is signed with HMAC and, optionally, a static token, so n8n can verify the event really comes from your store.
Are there monthly fees?
No. It’s a one-time payment of €89 for life, with updates included.
Can I get a refund?
As a downloadable digital product, there’s no right of withdrawal once downloaded. What we do offer is a functionality guarantee by ticket and the option to ask us anything before buying.
