PrestaShop 8 → 9 Migration Study terms

These terms complement the general Terms and conditions of zeyvro.com (Spanish only). For everything related to the PrestaShop 8 → 9 Migration Study, these terms prevail.

1. Who provides the service

The owner of zeyvro.com, identified in the Legal notice. Payment and invoicing are handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record.

2. What it is

A read-only study of one PrestaShop 8 store that wants to move to PrestaShop 9: one store, up to 2 languages, no multistore. It is 12 checks, listed on the study page. It is based on your real store, on the report of the Migration Audit module and on the published versions of each module. The migration is not tested on a clone.

3. What you get

  • A PDF report with each blocker, why it is one and what the options are.
  • A CSV with the URL map, current and target, ready to import into our SEO Redirect module, with the no-module method next to it.
  • A 3-phase plan (clone, migration and testing, switchover) with the blockers and an effort range.
  • The Migration Audit module, included: you install it on your store, it changes nothing and you send us its report.

4. What is not included

  • Doing the migration. We send you a quote or recommend someone we trust.
  • Testing it on a clone: without files or database, compatibility is what each module declares, not tested. The report says so.
  • Third-party quotes, custom development and custom data migration.
  • PrestaShop 1.7 stores: the study is for moving from 8 to 9.
  • Multistore setups or stores with more than 2 languages.

5. Price and payment

€390 plus the taxes that apply in your country, in a single payment through Lemon Squeezy, which calculates the taxes and issues the invoice. The Migration Audit module for that store is included in the price.

6. Timing

  • Delivery is within 7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish national and Catalan public holidays) from when we have the access and the Migration Audit report.
  • If they do not arrive within 3 business days, we remind you; the clock does not start until we have them.
  • If Search Console is missing, the URL map is built from the sitemap and the crawl, and the report says what could not be checked.

7. Access and security

  • We ask for Search Console read-only and a Back Office employee with a limited profile. We do not ask for GA4.
  • Everything is read-only: we do not change any settings or touch the database. Migration Audit only reads and you can uninstall it when we are done.
  • We never ask for passwords. The Back Office employee has a limited profile and we set its password ourselves.
  • We do not ask for FTP, hosting or database access.
  • On delivery we remind you to delete the «Auditor Zeyvro» employee and remove our Search Console access. We remind you again after 7 days.

8. Data protection

  • Your contact and purchase data: processed by the owner of zeyvro.com as controller, under the Privacy policy.
  • Your store’s data: to carry out the study we access data for which you are the controller. For that we act as your processor (Article 28 GDPR) and we commit to:
    • use it only to carry out the study and following your instructions;
    • give access only to people bound by confidentiality;
    • not copy your customers’ personal data into the reports. The Back Office profile gives no access to Customers or Orders; if any personal data shows up anyway (for example, in the logs), it is not kept;
    • not share it with anyone, except the report copy to your agency if you ask for it. Working files are stored in Google Drive, in Zeyvro’s account; Google acts as sub-processor;
    • notify you without undue delay of any security incident affecting it;
    • delete it 30 days after delivery;
    • give you the information you need to check that we comply with the above.

9. Confidentiality

The reports are for the store owner. We do not publish anything about your store or use it as an example without your written permission.

10. If you came through an agency

The reports can carry the agency’s logo next to Zeyvro’s. We only send the agency a copy if you tick that option in the form. The agency may receive a commission from Zeyvro for the sale.

11. Zeyvro modules

Migration Audit is included in the price, for that store. The URL CSV is ready for our SEO Redirect module and always comes with how to do it without it. If another Zeyvro module solves a blocker, we say so together with the alternative. You are under no obligation to buy anything.

12. Liability

  • The study is a forecast based on what each module declares and on what we measured on your store on a given date. It does not guarantee that the migration will go without errors.
  • You, or whoever you choose, do the migration under your own responsibility. We recommend a full backup and testing it on a clone first.
  • We do not guarantee Google rankings, traffic or sales.
  • Our maximum liability is the price paid for the study, except in cases of wilful misconduct, gross negligence or where the law does not allow it to be limited.

13. Cancellation and refunds

  • Until you have given us the access or the Migration Audit report, you can cancel and we refund the full amount.
  • Once the study has started, there is no refund.
  • If neither the access nor the report has arrived 60 days after purchase, we cancel the order and refund you.
  • If we cannot carry out the study for a reason on our side, we refund the full amount.
  • If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw. If you asked us to start earlier and the service has been fully performed, you lose that right; if you withdraw midway, you pay for the part already done.

14. Law and courts

Spanish law and the courts of Barcelona, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
