PrestaShop Full Audit terms

These terms complement the general Terms and conditions of zeyvro.com (Spanish only). For everything related to the Full Audit, these terms prevail.

1. Who provides the service

The owner of zeyvro.com, identified in the Legal notice. Payment and invoicing are handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record.

2. What it is

A read-only review of one PrestaShop 1.7, 8 or 9 store: one store, up to 2 languages, no multistore. It is 77 checks: the 55 of the Express Audit plus 22 more, listed on the Full Audit page. It covers crawling up to 1,000 pages and checking up to 5,000 sitemap URLs; if the store is larger, we tell you before starting and audit a representative sample.

3. What you get

  • A PDF report, in Spanish or English, with prioritised findings (P1, P2, P3) and the 10 actions to do first.
  • A CSV with every affected URL.
  • A 10 to 15-minute video walking through the report.
  • An 8-week work plan: what to do each week, who does it and how much effort it takes.
  • A second audit 30 days after delivery, with the same method, comparing before and after.
  • Two rounds of questions by email: during the 7 days after delivery and during the 7 days after the second audit.

4. What is not included

  • Fixing what we find. The plan says how and in what order; you, your developer or we (quoted separately) can do it.
  • Reviewing module and theme code: we say which module loads what, not why in its code.
  • Legal review: we check that the legal texts exist, not whether they are valid. We are not lawyers.
  • Accessibility certification: the review is automated and basic.
  • Paid backlink tools or link-building campaigns: backlinks come from your Search Console.
  • Ongoing AI tracking: it is a one-day snapshot with 10 searches.
  • Multistore setups or stores with more than 2 languages.

5. Price and payment

€690 plus the taxes that apply in your country, in a single payment through Lemon Squeezy, which calculates the taxes and issues the invoice. The second audit after 30 days is included in that price.

6. Timing

  • Delivery is within 10 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish national and Catalan public holidays) from when we confirm the access.
  • Each Full Audit takes both of our 2 weekly slots. If that week is full, we give you the start date before asking for access.
  • If access does not arrive within 3 business days, we remind you; the clock does not start until we have it.
  • If Search Console or GA4 is missing, we audit the rest and the report explains what could not be checked.
  • 30 days after delivery we measure again with the same method and send you the before and after.

7. Access and security

  • Everything is read-only: we do not change any settings, install anything or touch the database. If something could only be measured by changing the store, we do not do it and we note it in the report.
  • We never ask for passwords. The Back Office employee has a limited profile and we set its password ourselves.
  • We do not ask for FTP, hosting or database access.
  • Access stays until the second audit, 30 days after delivery. If you remove it earlier, the second audit only covers what can be seen from outside the store.
  • When we deliver the second audit we remind you to delete the «Auditor Zeyvro» employee and remove our Search Console and GA4 access. We remind you again after 7 days.

8. Data protection

  • Your contact and purchase data: processed by the owner of zeyvro.com as controller, under the Privacy policy.
  • Your store’s data: to carry out the audit we access data for which you are the controller. For that we act as your processor (Article 28 GDPR) and we commit to:
    • use it only to carry out the audit and following your instructions;
    • give access only to people bound by confidentiality;
    • not copy your customers’ personal data into the reports. The Back Office profile gives no access to Customers or Orders; if any personal data shows up anyway (for example, in the logs), it is not kept;
    • not share it with anyone, except the report copy to your agency if you ask for it. Working files are stored in Google Drive, in Zeyvro’s account, and videos in that same Drive or as unlisted YouTube videos; Google acts as sub-processor;
    • notify you without undue delay of any security incident affecting it;
    • delete it 30 days after the second audit is delivered;
    • give you the information you need to check that we comply with the above.

9. Confidentiality

The reports are for the store owner. We do not publish anything about your store or use it as an example without your written permission.

10. If you came through an agency

The reports can carry the agency’s logo next to Zeyvro’s. We only send the agency a copy if you tick that option in the form. The agency may receive a commission from Zeyvro for the sale.

11. Zeyvro modules

If a Zeyvro module solves a finding, we say so, always together with how to fix it without it. You are under no obligation to buy anything.

12. Liability

  • The reports are a diagnosis of the store on a given date, and the plan is a recommendation. You, or whoever you choose, make the changes under your own responsibility; we recommend a backup before changing anything.
  • We do not guarantee Google rankings, traffic or sales.
  • The security review is basic: it checks versions and published advisories, headers and known paths. It is not a penetration test.
  • The reviews of legal texts, cookies and accessibility are technical and automated: they are not legal advice or a certification.
  • Our maximum liability is the price paid for the audit, except in cases of wilful misconduct, gross negligence or where the law does not allow it to be limited.

13. Cancellation and refunds

  • Until you have given us access, you can cancel and we refund the full amount.
  • Once the audit has started, there is no refund, including for the second audit.
  • If access has not arrived 60 days after purchase, we cancel the order and refund you.
  • If we cannot carry out the audit for a reason on our side, we refund the full amount.
  • If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw. If you asked us to start earlier and the service has been fully performed, you lose that right; if you withdraw midway, you pay for the part already done.

14. Law and courts

Spanish law and the courts of Barcelona, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
